Art in the SquareA table at Akron's "Art in the Square"

You're receiving this especiale newsletter simply because you live within an hour's drive of Akron, Ohio. If art festivals aren't your bag, I apologize, you can probably just hit delete and get on with your day!

For those of you who may like art festivals, I'm here to let you know that I will have a table at this Saturday's "Art in the Square 2009" in Akron's Highland Square--a tight, little community just outside of the downtown area. I lived in the Square from late-2003 through early-2007, and, while I'm not a huge fan of art festivals myself, I've always enjoyed this one because it features local artists from the neighborhood.

While I've participated a couple of times in the past, this year will be special because I have two active projects that I want to share with the general public. So, I'm going to be promoting my Kaleidoscope and DaydreamTV projects at a table from 10 AM until about 4 PM. I'll have a tent and am fairly certain that my location will be in front of The Von apartment building across from Angel Falls coffee shop.

Also, I'll be sharing the table with my friends, Mika and Kaori, from Arcanum Productions, who just recently moved to the area. They will be promoting their AMERIKA: a notebook in three parts and AMERIKA WANTS YOKO projects, as well as Kaori's art from My Shadow Is A Cat and CATS I KNOW.

I hope to see you there!
